This group is part of the Connect & Learn Group and is organised by the Exeter Action for Happiness Group.

The Action for Happiness Group has a theme of the month which is determined by the national Action for Happiness charity (see its website at Action for Happiness website), providing an opportunity to follow suggested action outlined in its monthly calendar (for example, the theme for February is 'Friendly February'). There are videos to accompany the theme each month and additional reading and resources are available free from the national website. We have the opportunity of joining the local Exeter Action for Happiness Group (of which I am a co-facilitator) to discuss the theme of the month and agree action.
