We have a member who would like to lead a group called "Joy of Performing" which would involve improv and drama exercises and scene work with the aim of improving overall confidence and performance skills. No experience would be necessary just a willingness to have fun and work in a group. There is no pressure or aim to perform in public, the focus is very much on enjoying the activities themselves. The sessions would be 90 minutes long on a Thursday afternoon. The aim was to run a couple of Taster sessions in November/December.

The member is a retired English teacher and a trained Stagecoach drama teacher and has directed a number of plays locally so is fully experienced in this area. Interested? Please contact Groups Coordinator in the first instance.
