Early in 2025 'Pete's Percussion Laboratory' was set up for people with some musical or percussion experience.  They met on the last Thursday afternoon of each month... sometimes at Withycombe Rugby club sometimes at the group organisers home. They share any costs.

In the first few sessions we have been coming up to speed with some basic principles of percussion, trying out some hand percussion techniques, as well as plenty of jamming around some simple rhythms, and assembling some Latin music parts across different hand percussion instruments. 

The group are taking a summer break and the plan is to resume in Autumn. There is space for a couple more players if you feel you'd have some aptitude ...and tenacity!
