Arrangements have been finalised for this Pilates Group with LED under our partnership agreement with them. The class will take place every Monday from 2.00 pm to 2.45 pm (a 45-minute session) at the LED Leisure Centre, The Royal Avenue, Exmouth, EX8 1EN. The class will be in Studio 5, which we use for Yoga and Tai Chi. The maximum number of participants will be 16 members per session.  

As this is a u3a, not an LED activity, it is not included in any LED membership, as we need to cover the costs of the session, albeit at a discounted rate. Exmouth & District u3a need to pay for the use of the studio and the instructor. As a charity, we cannot make a profit (or a loss) on the sessions. Therefore, there will be a cost of £4 per session. This may need to go up or go down, depending on attendance.

The proposed start date is Monday 19th October (still to be confirmed). The list of dates is:
